Mike founded Finna around a simple belief: specialist staffing works best when the recruiter is genuinely embedded in the market they serve.
He remains directly involved in candidate conversations, client development and search execution, with a particular focus on difficult-to-find technical, commercial and markets talent.
His work has ranged from helping emerging technology companies build engineering and go-to-market teams across multiple continents to identifying highly specialised talent across AI systems, developer infrastructure, trading and energy markets.
Finna is being built for the long term: narrow markets, deep networks and high-impact talent.
